Ed Cross Fine Art was founded in 2009 by Ed Cross after returning from East Africa, where he had been involved in the contemporary art scene since 1988. It collaborates with emerging and established artists across and beyond the African continent who are seeking to stage conversations – between practitioners and international audiences, as guided by its artists. The xhibition platform aims to amplify voices in the visual arts who have been historically silenced, and create space for their independent development.
