Speakers’ Corner, introduced for the first time at the 2024 fair, was a transformative space where journeys, cultures, and stories intertwined. It represented a threshold—a place where past and future converged, and where dreams took shape.
The 2024 iteration, The Crossroads, invited the fair’s visitors to reflect on the pivotal questions:
What will you find at the place of promise?
What bridges are you building?
What keeps you moving?
Who keeps you growing?
You joined us on a journey through The Crossroads, a place of promise, possibility and collective power. We invited you to think beyond the here and now and add your voice to a pantheon of those who proudly declare their hopes and dreams. You were uplifted by conversations at our community roundtables, an intersection of the many paths we have each travelled, and the many places we will go. You were invited into a space where every contribution counts and every person can make their mark.
Speaker’s Corner was conceived by Papa Omotayo, Founder of MOE+.
